Diver's Delight

Underwater Wedding

Big Island of Hawaii

There are numerous options for your wedding, including both boat and shore dives.

One of my favorites it to begin at Keei Beach on the southern shore of Kealekekua Bay on The Big Island of Hawaii.  After a ceremony with the blowing of the conch shell, Hawaiian music, exchange of leis, consent, and blessing of rings, you will enter the water with Rev. Dard Aller, certified by PADI, to make your exchange of vows under an arch at a depth of approximately 30 feet.  Whales, dolphins and turtles as well as colorful reef fish, are often the witnesses as you write out on your pad "I do" and exchange the rings. And kiss???? Stephen and Ann did!

July 26, 2006

Stephen Fogg and Ann Gibson pause after the first part of the wedding ceremony before changing into dive gear.  The vows, pronunciation and kiss take place at "The Keei Wedding Arch" 100 yards away, 30 feet under water.
