Contract Agreement

    Consultation:  Phone enquiries and e-mail consultations are Free. Consultations in person by appointment are $85.

    Deposit:   A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

    Balance: The balance is due ten days prior to your ceremony and is non-refundable. All services are subject to 4.166% Hawaii State Tax. 

    Payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted as well as personal checks. Secure on-line payment is available through PayPal by using the e-mail below.

     Photography:  One of the greatest values in choosing our packages with photography is that all negatives and/or digital images of your special day are included. Beach Weddings Hawaii and our professional photographers reserve the right to use negatives and/or digital reproductions of the photographs for purposes of display, exhibitions, contests, advertising, and other purposes unless otherwise specifically requested by the client. Some of our photographers  will also post your digital images on line so that they can be viewed and purchased by family and friends. 

    Late Fee:  If our vendors (photographers, videographers, musicians) are required or requested to stay beyond the one hour of their contract, additional fees will be assessed for each.

    Rehearsal fees: $100 for each participating professional.

    Guarantee:  Beach Weddings Hawaii guarantees that the client will receive the services at the prices stated at the time of the contract.

    Agreement:  The signatures below indicate contractual agreement to the terms above.
