Initial
enquiries and consultation are Free. As wedding consultants, we
usually do not
reserve dates or make wedding arrangements on behalf of a client until
this signed form is faxed back to us and we receive a non-refundable deposit of $400 or 25% of the
total order, whichever is greater, which
authorizes us to make wedding arrangements on your behalf.
Our fee for coordination is 20% of the total wedding cost for all
individual (non-package) items.
While
prices are subject to change
without notice, this contract guarantees that the client will receive
the prices and services that have been quoted at the time of the
contract To ensure the highest quality and adherence to
the professional codes of conduct that we require from all of our vendors, we ask
you to agree that we hire all subcontractors for your event, unless
specifically approved and agreed upon in advance by Beach Weddings Hawaii.
Rescheduling: If
you need to alter your wedding plans, we will reschedule your wedding to
another date. Your deposit will be applied to the new date, and you will
only be billed for any services (if any) that we are not able to
reschedule on your behalf.
Cancellation: If for any reason you need
to cancel your wedding 10 calendar days or more before the wedding date,
$400 or 25% will be retained to cover the cost of arranging and
canceling your wedding, as well as any funds prepaid for sites, vendors and services incurred by Beach
Weddings Hawaii on your behalf. Any remaining balance will be refunded
to you. Cancellations 10 calendar days or less before the wedding date
are non-refundable and contracted fees are due in full.
Last minute weddings:
We sometimes make wedding plans in a single day! All payments are due immediately upon booking a wedding within 10
calendar days of the ceremony and must be paid by credit card or
certified check sent by UPS or Express Mail. Rush bookings made within
seven calendar days of the ceremony are subject to a 20% rush charge.
Payment: We accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, certified or cashiers check
and money orders. We accept secure on line payment through
PayPal. Your personal or business check will also secure
your deposit and wedding reservation. Please make checks payable to
Beach Weddings Hawaii. Payments from foreign countries must come in US
dollars by international money order. Our mailing address is
Beach Weddings Hawaii, P.O. Box 2604, Kailua Kona,
Hawaii 96745. The balance is due no later than 10 days before your confirmed wedding date.
If we have not received final payment by that time, Beach Weddings
Hawaii is authorized to charge the remaining balance on your credit
card.
Custom quotes: $50 per
hour (minimum 2 hours) and is to be paid in advance. This will be
applied as a credit if you subsequently book with our company. Site
visitation and consulting fee: $75 per hour. Travel time that exceeds
more than one hour to a wedding location: $50 per hour, e.g. Hilo,
Volcano and Hamakua areas. Extensive last minute changes (within 10
calendar days) in existing weddings are subject to a fee of 20%. Large
weddings requiring extra on-site staff: $50 per hour. The assistance of
a wedding coordinator or any other wedding personnel for a rehearsal:
$100 per hour. Reception coordination: $400. On site reception
director: $200.
Photography: One of
the greatest values in choosing a package with photography is that All
Images Of Your Wedding Are Included! Most other wedding companies
have a basic package that includes 20 to 24 (4X6) pictures that you
select from the 72 to 150 that are actually taken. With digital
photography it is not unusual to shoot hundreds of photos. The
additional pictures are then offered for sale to you later at $10 to $15
for each print (4X6), and up to $300 (20X24) for a single image. This
does Not even include the original negatives or digital images. At
Beach Weddings Hawaii your photos will be professionally shot at a
package price, and you will receive all of your negatives or data.
In some cases your digital
photographs will be burned to a CD at the wedding site and given to you
immediately.
Beach Weddings Hawaii and our professional
photographers reserve the right to use negatives and/or digital
reproductions of the client's wedding photographs for purposes of
display, exhibitions, contests, advertising, and other purposes unless
otherwise specifically requested by the clients.
Some of our photographers
will not only mail you a CD of all your pictures but will also post your
digital images on line so that they can be viewed and purchased by
family and friends. This feature allows for cropping, teeth
whitening, slimming, light adjustment, etc.
Privacy Policy:
All transactions with Beach Weddings Hawaii are entirely confidential.
We do not sell or distribute any of your personal information to any other party.
Risk: Pagagliding
involves risk for which the Wedding Couple assumes All responsibility.
Beach Weddings Hawaii will not be held accountable for any loss, injury
or fatality.
