Leonard shared his pride and love of Hawaii in his travels and with the people he loved.  A man of Hawaii, he now returns home.

God is building a hot rod
His parts have been selected
He looked here and there, there and here
His drawings he's corrected
He's been around to ride with me
I know I felt it so
He likes the engine's power and force
To race and to show
I know he likes a 32 and loves a 33
But needs a man to build it right
And paint it fine, you see
He'll look until he finds a man
Then make a choice and choose
Then take him up to see his garage
To show him all his tools
When god selects a man like that
And puts him to the test
He's good at what he builds and paints
He has to be the best
In god's garage on heaven street
Love is what he'll spray
And learn to paint with peace and joy
With a smile throughout the day
A shop next door to god's garage
Will open to the nation
The sign will hang above the door...
